A DRUMCHAPEL man who was caught driving without insurance three times has avoided jail.
Gavin Graham, of Southdeen Avenue, pleaded guilty last week to several driving offences at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
The 37-year-old was caught driving with a provisional licence on August 11 at Southdeen Road, November 22 at Kinfauns Drive and December 1 at Kinfauns Drive.
He also had no insurance on these occasions and in the December 1 incident he had amphetamine drugs in his possession.
He was banned from driving for four years and placed under supervision for two years.
He will also do 100 hours of unpaid work.
