The homes — which are part of the 119-home The Scholars development on Kilbowie Road — will be available for rent through Cube Housing Association once they are finished by Barratt West Scotland in early summer.
David Scott, Managing Director of Barratt West Scotland, said: “We are delighted to have teamed up with Wheatley Group to help to provide much needed affordable housing for the local community in Clydebank.
“The Scholars is a great spot and has proved to be a very popular development and the first new residents have now moved in to this flourishing new community.”
