On the 18th September 2020, The Renfrewshire Council made the underrated Order in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The Renfrewshire Council (Porterfield Road and Craigielea Road) (No waiting at any time) Order 2020
The Order, which comes into operation on 28th September 2020 was advertised in the Paisley & Renfrewshire Gazette on Wednesday 5th August 2020 and the effect of the Order is as stated in the said notice. Copies of the Orders and maps relative thereto are available for inspection on the "Tell me Scotland" website for 6 weeks. Ref TRO 390.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 18th September 2020, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
