PRE-APPLICATION EVENT

Proposed residential development on the site of the Former West Dunbartonshire Council Offices,

Miller Street/ Rosebery Place, Clydebank - West Dunbartonshire

Applicants: Miller Homes Limited

Proposal: A residential development, together with associated, infrastructure, access, landscaping, parking and drainage.

A Public Exhibition will take place on Wednesday 19th June 2019 between 1pm and 8pm within.

Clydebank Library, Dumbarton Road, Clydebank.

Those wishing to make comment on the proposals may do so at the above event

or in writing to the address below. Any comments should be received by no later than Friday 26th July 2019.

Please note that any written representations made must be sent to the address below, and not to West Dunbartonshire Council. An opportunity to make representations to the Council will be afforded once a formal Planning Application has been lodged.
