The match took place at the Donald Dewar and Drum were able to keep up their winning streak in wet conditions. Not long into the match Drumchapel took the lead with a superb shot from Daryl McMillan.

Drum would go on to dominate the first-half, 25 minutes in Daryl was on another counter attack and was fouled giving Drumchapel a free-kick in a dangerous area.

Kevin Lavelle stepped up and slotted the ball in the right corner-the keeper had no chance.

The second half started with an upbeat look from the Drum boys, looking to press home their advantage and Daryl McMillan would make it 3-0, taking his goal tally to four goals in just two matches.

Shortly after Ibrahim Hussain took the ball to the left hand post and back heeled it straight to Gary Paton’s feet. He then fired the ball into the top left corner.

Just minutes before the final whistle, Dumbarton were awarded a corner from which they would score a consolation goal.
