YOKER ATHLETIC returned to pre-season training this week with the mission of being promoted immediately, which was firmly the message being given by gaffer John Brogan after last season"s relegation.
Despite some players being away on holiday the turnout was healthy and Brogan will be hoping to confirm one or two new additions to the squad before the weekend.
On the departures front it"s believed full-back Kenny Murray could be on the move.
The experienced full-back is reported to be doing pre-season with Brogan"s former club East Kilbride Thistle. Yoker are still welcoming sponsorship for season 2009/10. Interested parties should contact info@yokerathletic.com for further details.
