Postponement disappointment The season has been quite stop start at times because of the weather and we saw that again on Saturday.

The postponement of last Saturday’s match with Irvine Meadow was disappointing because the players were really looking forward to the game and getting back on track, but unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it.

After the Hurlford result the players were itching to get back playing because they knew they didn’t play anything like as well as they did against Talbot.

The players were looking to put that right against Meadow but hopefully the game goes ahead this weekend and they will get the chance to do that.

Adamslie Park finale This weekend will be a tough test in Kirkintilloch.

Rob Roy have only got two league games left and Saturday’s match will be their last ever league game at Adamslie Park so they will be desperate to take all three points.

We got a good result at Adamslie Park last year but overall we haven’t played there too much and when we have, Rob Roy have probably had the upper hand.

We also know we are in for a tough test against players like Gordon Moffat who will be desperate to get one over his former club.

Plenty to play for We still have plenty still to look forward to for the rest of the season with four home league games coming up as well as the Meadow game and then the Central League Cup draw is still to be made.

Cup runs and the winter weather means that teams have all played different numbers of games so it is difficult to read the league and predict how it will end up but we just need to try to win as many points as we possibly can between now and the end of the season.
