Dog starvation horror

It's upsetting knowing a dog was starved to death when the area seems outwardly full of animal lovers.

It's worse to think the poor animal was seen starving and people passed it by.

Times are hard but someone's conscience must be troubling them. A local business should put up a reward to find the heartless culprit - money always leads to information.

It would have been better just to have the poor animal put down than leaving it to starve to death - shame on them.

If people can't afford to feed an animal or are too ignorant to care for it, don't get a pet for Christmas.

If it was chipped it could have been identified.

I hope they don't have children.
