MSPs need power to fuel changes

With regards to Anne Lynch's letter of October 26, she is correct, fuel poverty is real and many old people will die.
Does the Con-Dem government care? The answer is no.
Did the last Labour government care? The answer is no.
We now have a Scottish Government in Edinburgh with very limited powers.
Unless this Edinburgh government is given more power over the lives of the Scottish people, nothing will change.
