THE SNP budget went through: a victory for common sense.
However I would like to highlight some of the proposals from the West Dunbartonshire Labour Group.
For those old enough to remember Thatcher the milk snatcher, you may be surprised to learn that stopping free school milk in schools was seriously proposed, not by the Tories, but by Labour.
In addition, Labour went wanting to increase the Community Charge.
I cannot help but consider, that if Thatcher had not introduced the Poll Tax, then Labour would be testing it in Scotland.
