MORE details have been released regarding all of the Harry Potter films which are to be screened outside in one of Scotland’s most beautiful locations.

As previously reported by the Evening Times, the team at itison teased film fans by revealing its hugely-popular drive-in movies would be hitting Glencoe later on this summer.

The picturesque village is just over two hours from Glasgow City Centre.

The magic will be taking place over August 3 to 5 at the Glencoe Mountain Resort.

Wizards and muggles will be able to enjoy a spot of flying by taking a ride on the resort’s chairlift which ascends 2,200 feet, giving enchanting views of waterfalls, Rannoch Moor and Buachaille Etive Mor.

There will also be plenty of food and drink and fire pits on which to toast mallows and popcorn.

Fans can make a day, or weekend, of the event and explore the famous viaduct at Glenfinnan, visit the Jacobite Steam Train a.k.a. the Hogwarts Express and enjoy the spectacular scenery made famous in the movies.

Oli Norman, founder of itison drive-in movies, said: “Glencoe is amazing to visit never mind as a setting for watching one of the world’s best-loved movie franchises.
