A TRIO of new companies will be moving in to Clydebank's bustling business park. Imtech, a European-wide Technical Services Provider in the fields of electrical, mechanical and ICT engineering and construction, has taken a new 17,000 sq ft property in Bleasdale Court.

While, newly launched fitness centre, Dynamic Core Solutions, will open its first ever premises in Baird Court.

The 4,700 sq ft unit has been let to the company on a competitive step rental agreement, as part of a 10-y year deal.

The firm's Mark Tiffney said: "Clydebank Business Park is the perfect location for our first premises and we look forward to developing the business further in the future. Dynamic Core Studios will give customers access to a wide range of high quality training facilities."

Completing the trio is radio products and services provider, Clyde Broadcast, completes the hat-trick of new tenants at Clydebank Business Park with a new 2,750 sq ft unit in Baird Court.

Ross Blyth, graduate surveyor for Jones Lang LaSalle, said: "Clydebank Business Park provides an ideal location for the new tenants.

"The companies represent a broad spectrum of industries, from sports to technical services, and bring further variety to the tenant base of the estate."

Phil Collins, from Clyde Broadcast, added: "We have been manufacturing audio equipment for the broadcast industry since 1980, and also offer installation services for radio stations of all sizes. Our new premises in Baird Court will provide us with a new first-class base for our business."

Other tenants within Clydebank Business Park include Curves Gym, Wilson and Caldwell, and Northern Marine.
