FOOTBALL fans packed Clydebank Town Hall to the rafters for a charity evening with an all-star line up.
The second A Pie, a Pint and a Pundit night once again raised thousands of pounds for the Davie Cooper Foundation, a charity which is to build a centre for disabled children.
This year's top table was glittering, with comedian Tam Cowan in sparkling form and pundits ex-Celt Danny McGrain, former Rangers striker Mark Hateley and Celtic legend Murdo MacLeod answering the crowd's questions with insightful and entertaining answers.
The top table was completed by sports writer Hugh Keevins, whose daughter Lisa Monaghan organised the event, which drew 200 Bankies to the hall.
Hugh told the Post: "The people have responded for two years in a row and we have been blown away by the support.
"Last year was memorable and we raised five thousand pounds, but to make it so successful two years in a row is fantastic."
Commentator and DJ Peter Martin compered the night with many a joke at the expense of the audience who he mingled with.
Lisa said the night managed to raise more than £4,000 and will go straight into the fund to build the Davie Cooper Centre.
