A LUCKY trio celebrated an unexpected bonus after landing big prizes in the Postcode Lottery.
The Drumry residents pocketed £8,334 each after the People's Postcode Lottery Street Prize pulled out the code G81 2PD - Montrose Street.
A further 181 Bankies on the street shared £5,000 as part of the lottery giveaway.
The Postcode Lottery works with a £25,000 weekly prize for a street, with three winners each getting £8,344.
The first to open his door to the good news was retired grand-dad John Mackenzie, 79.
John said: "This is fantastic - I'll definitely find a home for this."
Next up for the cash treat was Maureen O'Hanlon, 43, who lives just a couple of doors away from John.
She also pocketed £8,334 and described herself as "absolutely delighted".
A third winner on Montrose Street also received £8,334 but wished to remain anonymous.
