A row of shops devastated by an explosion three years ago is back in business.
The blast - thought to have been caused by gas - flattened a sunbed shop and the neighbouring Post Office, as well as badly damaging a grocery shop in October 2006.
Now, after a lot of building work, two new units have been created out of the destruction.
Mohammed and Nasreen Akhtar reopened their grocery shop on Sunday November 1, and Charlene McManus opened her new hairdressers on Friday.
The surrounding community was left shocked by the early morning explosion, and it is delighted to have its shops back, with one customer hugging a member of staff when the grocers reopened.
