A GOVERNMENT work programme called Ingeus has been helping Bankies get a successful 'response' on the job market. Craig Murray from Clydebank signed up to Ingeus who helped the 24-year old find a job at leading Glasgow contact centre group RESPONSE.
Ingeus delivers the government's work programme in Scotland and sources unemployed applicants for vacancies, Craig is just one of 130 clients that have been recruited as a result.
After a lengthy lay-off since leaving college, Craig was hungry to get back in to work and impressed the RESPONSE team so much, his fixed contract was changed to a permanent one.
Craig Murray spoke about how Ingeus helped: "They helped with my interview skills and made me believe in myself again. With that, and the training I received at work, I am confident on the phones now and love having a role which really helps people."
