FOR Our Holy Redeemer Primary, their latest show was a really beauty.

Pupils put on a performance of the cinema classic Beauty and the Beast, now nearly 27 years old and adapted since into a successful stage musical and then back on to film last year with Emma Watson.

Youngsters from both P6 and 7 put together the show for families keen to be their guests. And reports have it the reviews have been anything but beastly of this tale as old as time.

Head teacher Joanne Graham told the Post: "All pupils in P6 and P7 worked extremely hard to produce an excellent production of Beauty and the Beast.

"It was a joy to watch our pupils work together as team and share their great talents on stage with confidence. We have had received rave reviews and overwhelming feedback from parents. We are all bursting with pride."
