Man woken after allegedly being struck with cup
A MAN was woken from his sleep after another man allegedly struck him with a cup on Thursday.
The 40-year-old had been asleep at a property on Lennox View when he was understood to have been hit with the object by a 20-year-old at around 2.30am.
He reportedly suffered three lacerations to his face and was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.
The 20-year-old was arrested and due to appear in court on Friday.
