A TIP jar containing £40 has been stolen from a Dalmuir pub.
The can, which would have to be opened with a tin opener, was taken some time from Mackintosh’s Bar between 12pm on February 17 and 5.30pm on March 4.
Police enquiries are ongoing and anyone with information should contact 101.
In a separate pub incident, a man punched the window of The Village Tavern in Duntocher before bolting last Tuesday.
The pub reported £100 worth of damage to police after an altercation at a funeral party.
The incident happened at around 9pm on March 6. After trawling CCTV, police have a positive line of enquiry.
