Clydebank residents are being asked to submit their entries to find 2018’s best new building, public realm or designed landscape.
The Scottish Civic Trust ‘My Place Awards’ recognise projects that have had a positive impact in their local neighbourhoods, as well delivering clear benefits to that community.
The awards are entirely voted and decided upon by local people, as a celebration of local design and conservation projects.
For the first time, nominations will be accepted from architects, landscape architects and housing associations, as long as they are able to prove support from the local community for the project, with community councils and other local voluntary groups encouraged to continue with their submissions.
All of the entries will be published online, with the winning and commended entries unveiled at a special ceremony in March.
