EMERGENCY services rushed to Yoker this afternoon after a boy was knocked down on a busy street.
Police and an ambulance were called to the scene on Dumbarton Road shortly after 1.15pm.
Paramedics treated the boy at the scene before an ambulance took him to hospital.
His injuries are not thought to be serious.
An eyewitness said: "People were helping him in the middle of the road as the ambulance arrived.
"I didn't see exactly what happened but it looked as though he'd hurt his leg.
"The street was busy but people were out to help him really quickly."
Police are not looking for any witnesses in relation to the incident, which has been treated as an accident.
