MORE than a dozen jobs are heading to Anniesland.
Trade retailer Screwfix is set to open its fourth Glasgow store on August 24 at Anniesland Business Park, which will create 14 new jobs in the area.
Andrew Doak, store manager, said: “We’ve created 14 new jobs and employed people from around the Glasgow area.
“Our new team includes people with all different levels of experience, focused on providing superb customer service to meet the needs of our busy trade customers.
“Everyone here is really looking forward to the store opening.”
Tradespeople and DIY lovers are invited to attend the Glasgow Screwfix opening at Anniesland Business Park where they can also demonstrate their skills in a competition that will see the winner take home a 40in smart TV.
