A CLYDEBANK man has been fined £600 for threatening staff of a Parkhall shop.
Graham Deane, of Park Court, previously admitted shouting, swearing, making threats of violence, running towards shop staff and “repeatedly brandishing” his fist at one.
The 54-year-old, who committed the offence at the Co-op in Dunctocher Road on July 27 last year, appeared at Dumbarton Sheriff Court last week for sentencing.
Sheriff John Hamilton told him: “Your behaviour was thoroughly unacceptable.
“Not only were you rude to members of staff, what was a petty matter just escalated.”
