A COALSNAUGHTON man could be jailed for drink driving.
On Thursday at Alloa Sheriff Court, Robbie Wallace pleaded guilty to getting behind the wheel of a van with 37 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - the legal limit being 22mg.
The 36-year-old, of Hawthorne Avenue, was caught driving along Sauchie's Fairfield on April 12 this year.
Sheriff James Macdonald adjourned the case until June 8 for the preparation of a Criminal Justice Social Work report and Restriction of Liberty Order assessment.
The sheriff disqualified Wallace from driving in the interim and warned the accused that custody may be an option due to his record.
