POLICE are investigating an act of public indecency in front of a passing train in Old Kilpatrick.
At about 8.30am on April 10, a 35-year-old man on the train witnessed another man standing with his trousers round his ankles making “gestures” with his hand on his privates.
The man would have been standing on open ground at Mount Pleasant Drive looking towards Kilpatrick station when the incident happened.
He was described as having a heavy build with a dark-coloured top with the hood up.
Police are checking CCTV in the area and appealed for any witnesses to contact them on 101.
