ADULT personal ads looking for “hook-ups” in public places in Clydebank are being examined by police.

The Post found the postings seeking “risky fun” in specific locations in the town over the past month.

Police in Clydebank said there have been no such illegal acts in any of the locations to date but they would be making enquiries.

In one ad seeking sex acts in a location, the man said he wanted to meet females for “risky” fun.

The 49-year-old said he went regularly to the location, which the Post has chosen not to name. He posted: “Very quiet in fact I have been the only person their (sic) this week. If you want some fun get in touch.”

In another ad, a 19-year-old stated: “Looking for girl to have some fun in car msg me asap.”

And a motorists aged 45 said he was looking for fun in the back of his vehicle, stating in his ad: “Hopefully we can get something sorted thanks for reading and with any luck, we willbe (sic) having fun tonight.”

Although officers said there are occasional incidents with an “amorous” couple in a car park, such incidents are very rare in Clydebank.

Last week we reported an ad had been posted on Craigslist from Clydebank offering free rent and bills in exchange for favours from a female lodger. There is nothing to suggest in any of the online personals or offers whether women have taken men up on such posts.
