ANOTHER home in Old Kilpatrick has been broken into with hundreds of pounds worth of items being stolen.
The theft occured in Islay Drive in the Western Isles estate sometime between 11.30pm on June 14 and 5.15am on June 15.
A thief got in through an insecure back door and stolen items worth about £800 while the 53-year-old homeowner was asleep.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police, who reminded all residents to secure their properties.
In a similar incident, a wallet was stolen from an insecure vehicle in nearby Barra Crescent between 10.30pm on June 14 and 7.30am on June 15. Police are appealing for witnesses.
