Dalmuir tower block resident arrested for tampering with electricity meter
A RESIDENT of a Dalmuir high rise has been arrested for allegedly tampering with his electricity meter.
The 37-year-old of Crescent Court is believed to have had a small amount of cannabis on him as well. The arrest was made on May 18 at around 9.50am in the tower block.
