High rises in the distance will have new greenspace
VIEWS on greenspace changes in Dalmuir are being sought at the next community council meeting.
Funded by West Dunbartonshire Council, £155,000 is going into improving wildlife and street furniture around the high-rise flats.
Craig Edward, vice-chairman of Dalmuir and Mountblow Community Council, said he had a productive walkabout in the area with the council, Environmental Trust and design team recently.
“We now need the local people to come and give their thoughts – there will be drawings so residents can envisage what the area will look like.”
The community council meeting is on Thursday, June 2 at 7pm in Dalmuir CE Centre.
