A CLYDEBANK East man assaulted his former partner and the next day climbed into her house through a window.
Kevin McNulty, 25, of Newshot Court, appeared from custody at Dumbarton Sheriff Court last week and admitted committing the offences on October 16 and 17 this year.
McNulty assaulted the woman by seizing her by the head and also stole her mobile phone.
The following day he climbed through an unsecured window at her Drumry house and he refused to leave when asked to do so.
Sheriff Simon Pender adjourned the case until November 26 to allow a criminal justice social work report to be prepared.
McNulty was remanded in custody.
