Suspected drink driver abandons car after crashing it into trees and bushes in Hardgate
A DRIVER who abandoned his vehicle after crashing it into trees and bushes is being sought by police.
It is suspected the man may have been drink-driving when he lost control of thehis silver Vauxhall Astra, which crossed into the opposite lane and careered into shrubbery and trees.
The incident took place at around 9.35pm on Sunday on the A810 Glasgow Road.
The car was extensively damaged. Any witnesses are asked to contact Clydebank Police Station on 101.
