GLASGOW'S new outdoor urban festival, Glasgow Summer Sessions, is set to make Scotland's biggest city the place to be for music this August. Taking place in Glasgow's picturesque Bellahouston Park over three dates, the Clydebank Post has teamed up with festival organisers to offer one lucky reader a pair of tickets for the opening concert featuring Kings of Leon on August 15.

The Tennessee superstars - aka Caleb, Jared, Nathan and Matthew - are known for their energetic live performances and with this being their only Scottish date this year, this is one performance not to be missed. Fans can expect a mix of new tunes as well as favourite anthems like Sex On Fire, The Bucket and Use Somebody from the Grammy award winners.

Manchester's new indie heroes the Courteneers will give a dose of British swagger to the bill, providing support for the date. With hit tunes like Lose Control, What Took You So Long and Not Nineteen Forever, they will be the perfect choice to get the Glasgow crowd in the party mood.
