BLUSHING Mikey Hughes bumblingly denied having feelings for housemate Rachel after some ribbing from Mohammed.
Mischievous Mo misheard Rachel talking and thought she said “My Mikey” to the blind Parkhall man.
Trying to put a stop to the rumours, Mikey said: “Contrary to popular belief, I don’t actually fancy Rachel.”
The radio producer’s ongoing war of words with chef Rex found a temporary truce as the pair both made it into the final week.
But the shaky concordat only came after a heated argument on Friday where Mikey branded Rex “selfish” and “materialistic”.
Speaking to Mikey, Rex said: “You don’t want anyone to like me, because you’re a jealous little man, you can’t take the fact that people like me.
“That makes you a very pathetic man and I feel sorry for you, honestly.”
Defiant Mikey hit back, saying: “You don’t realise you’re a control freak and bullying everybody. Why do you think I’ve nominated you six times, Rex?”
