Time for a change

Printer Print Article

EVERY time I shop at the Clydebank shopping centre I pass under the defunct nautical clock that, when it was in operation, was a joy to adults and children alike.

And I must say I agree with the reader in a recent issue of the Post who was spot on about the wasted public money on a fancy bridge canopy.

This money could have been put towards repairing the pirate clock, and start to give young people and adults a smile and a good feeling.

Whoever decided to spend money, which could have been put to better use, should think again and repair and refurbish the clock.
