Protect our own
I have just read with utter disgust the article entitled ‘Sex Beast Raped Girl 15 In Park’.
What is our country coming to? We allow asylum seekers to shelter in our country and rape our children then invite them to stay.
What precedent are we setting here? The message being sent out to our own children is that the law will protect the offenders at a cost to them.
What message does this send to anyone coming to this country?
They can do what they like, steal, rape and murder but they will still be allowed to stay.
I would be intrigued to find out the rules and regulations set out when a person is being considered for residency in Britain.
No wonder refugees and asylum seekers will travel through many countries to get here when we are so neglectful in our duty to promote and protect our own citizens. My brother emigrated to Australia as he felt that this country, his home, was not the kind of place he wished his three young children to be brought up in.
To be allowed to emigrate, he had to bring something to the country, ie a trade, business etc, and he was in the position to do so.
It has been a terribly hard decision for him and his wife as they held out for a long time in the hope that the powers that be would stop the rot.
Sadly they could not see this, and for their children’s health and wellbeing have now made the move.
I want answers and will endeavour to have them.
